This is a lot coming from our friends at Pergamino coffee in Colombia. They were kind of enough to show us around Colombia when we went around Colombia to source coffee last year and we have been working with them ever since. This coffee is from Colombia, Cauca, Inza, La Palmera from the farmer Euclides Cuchimba. That's a mouthful! This amazing farmer has worked very hard to get where he is today. Euclides' family has been growing coffee for decades, but in the early 2000's he had to move away to the capital of Colombia, Bogota, in order to provide a wage for his family. He worked in the city for 4 years and then made his way back to Inza.
Euclides was able to purchase a small plot of land from his father to start his own farm. Now Euclides is producing some phenomenal coffee that we are happy to have brought here to the United States. This coffee is as single origin as it gets!
