In Planadas, Tolima, the coffee growers who produce this coffee aspire to infuse their product with quality, excellence, and bliss. These growers have made great leaps to consistently produce high quality coffee and continue to seek out ways to improve. For these growers, higher quality means: few defects from origin, specialized tree care, picking only mature red cherries, better techniques, and investing back into farm infrastructure.
